A full-time opportunity has become available to join a healthcare company in a temporary capacity
**Your new company**
HAYS are working with a healthcare company located in Brisbane's Southside who are looking for a receptionist and administration assistant to join their team. This is a temporary 8-12 week contact with your primary responsibility to assist the administration manager and serve as the first point of contact for customers.
**Your new role**
- Reception duties as needed
- Data entry
- Invoicing
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have:
- Extensive experience in an administrative support function
- Great oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Capability to prioritise and multitask
- Ability to work in a sensitive environment
**What you'll get in return**
You'll be part of a fantastic and supportive team in a convenient location. A competitive hourly rate is on offer with great hours from 8:30am-4:30pm Monday - Friday.
