Due to continued business growth, we are hiring an experienced Reception Administrator to be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support of all administrative tasks.
- 7:00am - 3:00pm Monday to Friday
- Located in Yatala, Gold Coast
- $30.95 +p/h + superannuation

**Your new role**

The purpose of the Reception Administrator role is to assist the department with all administrative enquires whilst providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- This position would be ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills and a natural ability to welcome clients at the front desk.
- Supporting Management and Operational team members within the facility with administrative tasks as needed.
- Creating purchase orders and quotes in the company's procurement system.
- Processing orders, such as uniforms, PPE, office and warehouse stationary.
- Ensuring meeting rooms are presentable prior to the commencement of meetings/training.
- Assist in arranging meals/catering for meetings as required.
- General housekeeping such as watering plants within the office area, tidying stationary room, merchandise and uniform storage.
- Keep a high level of security by keeping in contact with security, making sure guests are registered, and allocating passes or keys as necessary.
- Other administrative duties as required.

**The skills you need**

To be successful for this role you must have previous experience in a front of house receptionist position where you can demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
- High effective administration skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- High level of customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to frequently manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and independently and self-motivated
- High level of experience with full Microsoft suite.
- Be able to pass a national police check and drug and alcohol testing.
- Must have full working rights in Australia.
