**About the Role**
An opportunity has become available in our Brisbane office for a Front of House superstar Packed with variety, this role ensures the smooth operation of the business across a range of administrative functions. As the main point of contact for many of our internal and external clients and stakeholders visiting reception or attending an event, this role will continue to maintain and enhance their experience of Vincents.
**Key Duties**
- Together with the current team, collaboratively support the day-to-day operations of our reception area and meeting rooms - meet and greet clients, management of meeting room availability and upkeep, etc.
- Manage internal and external mail & deliveries including checking, processing, opening, sorting and distribution
- Play a key role in supporting all office-held events in conjunction with the Marketing team - organising catering, setting up rooms, taking orders and clearing dishes during events, pack down, etc. Note: event support outside of standard business hours may be required from time to time
- Maintaining all kitchens to maintain hygiene and presentation standards
- General administration support where needed

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**
- Strong experience in office administration and reception duties
- Ability to use information technology and systems to help ensure efficient work practices
