Reception/office Admin

This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
This is an entry level or will be a good fit for someone with a couple of years experience who is happy in an office environment full time and looking to develop as an Executive Assistant.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Reception Duties (shared)**:
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a welcoming and organised reception area.
**Principals Assistant**:
- Create spreadsheets, send correspondence, and tidy PowerPoint presentations.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Organise marketing meetings and events.
**Potentials Matters (training provided)**:
- Set up new potentials in workbench.
- Conduct and save searches.
- Input search results and save correspondence.
- Set up appointments for signing processes.
**File Matters (training provided)**:
- Assist with creditor-related tasks.
- Update Proof of Debt Lodgements and employee entitlements.
- Manage file-related tasks such as issuing payslips and confirming bank details.
**Key Requirements**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, including Reception.
- Strong organisational skills
- Warm and welcoming customer service/communication
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Sugar CRM).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective time management and multitasking skills
**Key Details**
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm with hour lunch break
- Initial 6-8 week assignment with opportunity for full time permanent position
- Weekly timesheets
- Training and hand over will be provided
