**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Develop and execute strategies to increase local and diverse employee participation, ensuring alignment with the Aboriginal Participation Standard
- Source and maintain a talent pipeline for Aboriginal and local recruitment
- Engage with local groups, labour hire organisations and training organisations to identify potential employment pipelines.
- Implement programs to retain Aboriginal employees.
- Identify and implement strategies to become an employer of choice within the Perth and Pilbara regions
- Identify and implement programs to increase retention of employees, including programs to improve diversity awareness
- Reporting, and data analysis and insights

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Suitable experience working within recruitment and talent development
- Proven track record in achieving diversity and local employment targets and development of a pipeline of talent to support an operational workforce.
- Experience and existing knowledge of working in local Pilbara communities or similar (preferred)
