**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We have an exciting new opportunity for **Contracts Administrators** to join our Projects & Studies Team. The Contracts Administrators will provide administration support to the Contracts and Procurement teams and be active in the development and maintenance of the commercial processes, procedures and work instructions, and in the administration of key packages.
You will also be given your own packages to develop. You will work with and be supported by great people in the contracts and broader project team. You will also contribute to the internal contracts compliance framework and provide assistance in the management of securities and insurances for Contracts and overall compliance with processes.
There are 12-month Maximum Term or Casual day rate position based at West Perth office.
Reporting to the Contracts Lead, your Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide overall support of the Contracts and Procurement teams both in Perth
- Provide contract support on key project packages
- Develop and administer allocated contracts packages
- Draft and roll out the processes, procedures and tools (check lists, work instructions, etc) for the Pilbara Minerals Contracts and Procurement function
- Ensure all Commercial processes are captured and maintained
- Support of the development and execution of the assurance program to ensure compliance to commercial processes
- Support effective management of obtainment, retention and release of securities, insurances for Contracts
- Work effectively and build rapport within and across the business to identify and work to shared goals; gains input of relevant stakeholders, communicate openly and shares relevant information.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Tertiary qualifications or Diploma of Business within in any Commercial or Legal discipline (desirable)
- 2- 3 years process documentation, procedure writing and tools
- 2-3 years experiences in business support of Commercial function
- Experience in development of commercial processes
- Experience in a major resources project - desirable
- Understanding of contractual securities and insurance management requirements
- Commercial document control process knowledge
- Experienced in month end cost reporting and forecasting.
- Strong interpersonal skills; and Excellent communication, organization; negotiation skill and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
