**How will You CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**
- Build lasting relationships with QLD based customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Demonstrate equipment capabilities through hands-on operation and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Effectively handle technical enquiries and swiftly resolve issues that arise.
- Be proactive in the workshop, it’s a team effort. Even the Directors jump on the forklift to unload deliveries
- Strive to achieve and surpass sales targets, contributing to the company's growth.
- Embrace the opportunity to develop new business and expand the client base.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, continually enhancing your expertise.

- **Hands-On Approach**: Getting your hands dirty poses no challenge; you take pride in operating equipment for demonstrations.
- **Organisational champion**: Juggling tasks with excellent time management, meeting deadlines is your forte.
- **Road Warrior**: You're willing to travel, engaging with clients across different regions. This role is 60% road based and 40% office based.
- **Problem-Solving Pro**: Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are your strengths.
- **Team Player**: As a proactive and reliable team player, you contribute to a positive work environment.
- **Humour**: A healthy sense of humour is a must. You’ll be joining a team that genuinely enjoy what they do and they want to share it with you
- **Trade qualification**: Boiler Marker or Fitter and Turner.
- **Forklift licence**: Or ability to achieve one.
- The above is desirable but not essential
