Due to growth within the team at Epworth Freemasons, we are seeking to appoint experienced casual Patient Services Officers. You will be responsible for multiple aspects of the pre-admission and admission process for our elective and emergency patients and report into the Patient Service Centre Manager.

**You will make an impact by**:

- Admitting and discharging of patients
- Responding promptly to enquiries and requests
- General administrative duties and entering patient’s details to create admissions.
- Creating Estimates and completing Health Fund Checks

**To be successful in this role**

You will have:

- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to prioritise in a timely and accurate manner
- Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions according to hospital needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in health care, medical or health fund industry will be highly advantageous
