**About the role**

**Responsibilities**
Reporting to the MD, your role will include, however not be limited to the following key duties;
- General administration and support to the Managing Director
- Assist with tendor/bid compilation and submissions
- Provide support to Area Mangers & Project Managers
- Assist Project Managers with project administration tasks
- Event organisation, both internal and external
- Raise purchase orders
- Liaise with key stakeholders and assist with general adhoc tasks
**Skills / Experience**
- Similar experience within an administration role
- Construction experience is desirable but not essentially
- The ability to handle complex and difficult client-related issues
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Strong Administrative skill set
- Understanding of the importance of quality and efficiency
- Ability to multitask and prioritise while juggling a multitude of tasks
- Can-do attitude and a positive mindset
