**About The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Strategic Planning: Design and implement business development strategies to meet growth target
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to spot market trends, emerging opportunities, and the competitive landscape
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate and qualify leads through networking, industry events, and digital marketing
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to drive growth and ensure satisfaction
- Proposal Development: Craft and present persuasive proposals and business cases to prospective clients and partners
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with sales teams to create tailored sales strategies for target markets
- Revenue Growth: Lead negotiations and facilitate the closure of high-value contracts and agreement
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progression, and performance metric
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across marketing, product development, and customer support to align and advance business development efforts.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- 3-5 years of experience in IT services, with expertise in technology solutions, managed services, cloud computing, and digital transformation.
- Proven success in business development or sales roles within the IT sector, with a strong record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
- Ability to create and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with market trends and client needs.
- Strong skills in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying emerging trends.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience in closing large contracts.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other business development is a bonus
