Are you a team player? Do you have excellent communication skills? We are looking for a high performing Allocations and Assessment Officer to join the Executive and Ministerial Services Branch within the People, Culture and Governance Division of the Ministry of Health.

The Executive and Ministerial Services (EMS) branch is the liaison between the Minister’s Office and the Health portfolio. The branch works with key stakeholders across the portfolio and manages a high volume of work with short timeframes.

EMS offers an opportunity to gain an understanding of the Health portfolio. You’ll be able to enhance your skills in communications, issues management, stakeholder relations, customer service and process improvement.

**Duties**:
The Allocation and Assessment Officer supports the quality and timeliness of responses managed by the Branch as a system manager in respect to Executive, Ministerial and Parliamentary matters. The role is responsible for allocating and assessing responses, supporting the responding areas to meet time and quality requirements in a busy and time pressured environment; and identifies and implements changes that support improvements in timeliness and quality.

**Commencing salary **Crown Clerk 7/8, $101,947 - $112,849 p.a. plus superannuation and annual leave loading
