**Where you’ll be working**
You will be working with a diverse and dynamic team within Health System Support Group (HSSG) and based at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards, NSW 2065. HSSG is a unit of the Public Health System Support Division of the Health Administration Corporation to provide services to support the public health system in implementing Government targets and programs.

**What you’ll be doing**
The Records Officer is responsible for providing support, advice and assistance to the NSW Ministry of Health regarding records management processes, policies and procedures while ensuring an efficient and effective service in accordance with Government legislative and policy requirements.

You may be asked to undertake further assessments as part of the recruitment process for this position, which may include, but is not limited to, psychometric assessment (e.g. personality and cognitive abilities assessments) and/or particular work tasks.

**Selection Criteria**
- Demonstrated experience in corporate records and information management within a large customer focused organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent.
- Knowledge and practical experience in working with State Records Act and associated standards and practical experience in supporting Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
- Sound problem-solving and organisational skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, use strong written communication to prepare correspondence/reports and achieve business focused solutions in a high volume demanding environment.
- Proven engagement, collaboration and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to build, maintain and use relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Sound computer skills including MS Office, Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), online databases, electronic content management, web services, and document supply services.

**COVID-19 Vaccination Compliancy**
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.
Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
