**About the role**:
In your role as Vice President, you will manage all aspects of a designated corporate customer base and promote suitable Interest Rate Derivative Products to deliver outstanding external customer relationships and internally deliver revenue in line with MBTP expectations.

**What you'll be doing**:
**Strategic**
- Show an appreciation of the MUFG Oceania Interest Rate Derivative business and take pro-active steps to identify key client opportunities to promote suitable hedging solutions
- Collaborate & build partnerships by promoting Oceania Interest Rate capabilities to the wider MUFG network and building strong internal relationships across the bank
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients at senior management level
- Demonstrate superior communication skills
- Demonstrate superior time management skills to complete the above key responsibilities whilst still focusing on achieving monetary & other targets

**Financial**
- Deliver budget plan results in line with Mid-Term Business Plan for designated client base

**Customer**
- Working with Relationship Managers in the execution of the Interest Rate Derivatives Business Plan that delivers new target clients and accretive growth to MUFG
- Deliver superior customer experiences by developing and maintaining outstanding relationships with both new and existing customers
- Drive and execute value-added solutions across Corporate & Institutional banking, Japanese Corporate Banking, Event Finance, Project Finance, Advisory and Transaction Banking

**People**
- Assist the Director Corporate & Institutional Risk Solutions in meeting MTBP revenue targets
- Manage individual customer base and associated administrative and other functions required to achieve growth targets

**Other/Control**
- Demonstrate a superior understanding of the requirements of relevant MUFG Oceania IR client base across significantly differing levels of customer sophistication
- Undertake other additional roles as directed by the Director Corporate & Institutional Risk Solutions

**What we are looking for**:

- 5+ years experience in in Real Estate sector and Corporate and Institutional Banking
- Tertiary Qualifications in related field including Finance, banking, business related degree from a leading university
- AFMA Accreditation
- Demonstrable interest rate industry expertise
- A strong technical ability to be able to price and structure increasingly sophisticated hedging solutions
- Strong business acumen and ability
- Good communication skills with the ability to influence others
- Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments
- Previous experience in a leadership role providing guidance and mentorship to a developing team
