Product Manager

Job Scope.
Reporting to the Business Analyst Team Lead, this role is responsible for the investigation, analysis, and conversion of customer needs into effective and sustainable solutions. This role involves liaising with internal departments as well as interacting with key partners and third parties to identify opportunities and inefficiencies and to design solutions to address the opportunities.
Key Responsibilities.
- Influence._- Influence customers, suppliers, and partners at the account level.- Make decisions that influence the success of projects and team objectives.- Collaborate regularly with team members, users, and customers.- Engage to ensure that user needs are being met throughout.
- Complexity._- Work includes a broad range of complex technical or professional activities, in a variety of contexts.- Investigate, define, and resolve complex issues.
- Knowledge._- Have a thorough knowledge of the domain of the organisation.- Business Skills._- Communicate fluently, verbally, and in writing, and present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders who share common objectives.-
- Understand the importance of security to your own work and the operation of the organisation. Seek specialist security knowledge or advice when required to support your work.
- Key Competencies._- Strong understanding of agile development principles.- Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills.- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.- Display a creative and flexible approach to meeting changing circumstances.

- Required._- 3+ years of experience designing IT solutions.- A passion for efficient process improvements to raise the bar on customer, and teammate experiences.- Excellent verbal communication and influencing skills that provoke and incite action and accountability.- A willingness to create solutions to problems of all sizes and take calculated risks to achieve results.
