**The role**

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for leading Product and Brand process, executing deliverables to drive commercial outcomes. The position is responsible for executing new product development projects, product changes and transitions, working closely with supply chain and compliance in line with brand strategies

Key responsibilities include:

- Project manage all AUNZ initiatives on time and budget for packaging design and product information
- Understand and commercially execute TGA compliance for product and advertising guidelines
- Manage all Trade Marketing material and sales events
- Coordinate product pricing and product launch processes, packaging and educational materials
- Work closely with Digital Team to manage product pages to ensure content is accurate and up to date

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline
- Proven experience and success in a Product Manager or Project Manage role in FMCG or Pharmaceutical environment
- Understanding or experience with TGA compliance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Project Management experience
- Passionate about brands and the wellness and health industry
- Ability to analyse data to understand insights for business improvement
- Agile with an entrepreneurial flair
- Willingness to work with a small and committed team
