**The Service**

KU Henson Street, located in Summer Hill is a welcoming and nurturing space where each child is immersed in a rich tapestry of educationally interactive experiences - a space where children are supported to be their own, unique selves, growing and developing a sense of belonging, agency and empowerment.

**The Roles**

This is an exciting permanent part time opportunity working 4 hours every Monday (8am - 12noon).

You will provide a range of administrative services vital to the efficient operations of the centre. In particular, you will be administering accounts payable, accounts receivable, fee processing and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping, as well as being the friendly point of contact for families.

**_*Knowledge of Storypark Manage is highly desirable but not essential. _**

**To be successful in this position you will hold**:

- Experience in systems administration
- Proven financial experience in accounts payable and receivable
- Relationship-based communication skill
- Enjoy working in a team focused environment
- Be able to work independently

**To be considered for this role, it is essential you have**:

- Work rights to enable you to work in Australia
- A current employee NSW Working with Children Check
- A recognised Certificate III in Children's Services qualification or similar as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Quality Authority (ACECQA)
- Completed current training in Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children
- Sound understanding of the NQF, EYLF, Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
