Student Services Officer at our Adelaide Campus.

(Full-time/ Part-time)
The tasks may include (but is not limited to):

  • To provide the first point of contact and the first impression for Mercury Colleges' customers
  • Receive and direct clients at Reception
  • Proactively assist in maintaining the neat and clean look of the campus
  • Assist in orientations and campus activities
  • Log and monitor student attendance, preparing reports as required
  • Collecting, organising and maintaining student records on Wisenet and PRISMS
  • Processing enrolment adjustments, withdrawal, and other administrative tasks such as timetabling and leave of absence
  • Liaise with Marketing, Compliance and Administration Department to continuously improve student experience

Start date
:
Early January 2023

  • Previous administration or student services experience in RTO
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A confident understanding of the Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management skills who can streamline processes to ensure a positive and seamless student experience
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience working with the ESOS Act, National Codes applicable in the international student sector
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously
Priority consideration will be given to applicants with RTO experience and experience using specific CRM software, such as Wisenet.
