**Your new company**

Hays Office Support are currently seeking an Equipment Compliance Officer for a well-known Tasmanian organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join their team & assist with administration related to fleet and facilities. The role will require full-time hours and will be offered as an ongoing temporary position until July 1st.

**Your new role**

Based in the northern suburbs of Hobart, our client is an organisation that focusses on providing essential services for Tasmania and building trust with colleagues and clients. As the Equipment Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining first aid kits and ensuring equipment compliance for the fleet. You will maintain all records regarding compliance and licencing and ensure all vehicle compliance is up-to-date. If you are interested in a Site Administration role and have experience in this field, this is the job for you

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be the successful applicant, you'll have demonstrated experience working in an Equipment Compliance Officer position. In addition, you will have:

- Outstanding communication skills
- Proven capacity to work in a confidential manner
- High attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly nature
- High level proficiency in Microsoft 365
