Property Services Manager

We are currently seeking a Property Service Manager to join our team at Greenway Views.
**About the Role**:
The Property Services Manager is accountable for the management of the LDK property portfolio at Greenway Views. Leading and managing the facilities team to run the day to day operations of the villages is an integral part of this role as well as building relationships with contractors, asset management, development of strategic procurement opportunities, budget management and implementation of new systems. Experience in building and asset management is essential
**About You**:

An intrinsic people person who is a commercially savvy professional with strong business acumen and technical expertise in leading, planning and coordinating teams. You will also have an unspoken ability to motivate and mentor staff, lead by example, be open and engaging all with a hands on team based approach to drive excellence throughout our entire village. Demonstrated experience and success managing large facilities and multi faceted organizations is required.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in building or project / facilities management
- Knowledge of software systems relative to commercial property
- Management of various types of properties
- First Aid certificate
- Demonstrated success managing within large facilities and multi-faceted service organisations
- Advanced report writing skills
- Integrity, discretion, and tact with respect to confidential information
- Proven attributes in delivering change management
- Logistics experience

- Strong customer service ethos and empathy for the elderly
- Mentor, supervisory and training skills
- Ability to conduct self in a calm professional, approachable manner in all circumstances
- Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety and Food safety program
- Develop innovative approaches to organisational improvement to achieve excellence in property services
- Actively develop and foster strong and on-going supplier relationships, confidently represent LDK with external stakeholders, and encourage their feedback
- Willingness and commitment to learn any areas of development of the role expectations
