Currently within Canberra the team consist of 50 property professionals, focusing on a client centric approach within the services of Project, Facilities & Property Management. Their global footprint withholds 400 offices within 70 different countries, this is a organisation that cares about its employees and wants to work with the best professionals within the market.

**Your new role**
The Canberra Branch has recently brought their Commercial Property Services back in house and is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join their growing team. Working closely with the Asset Director you will responsible for the direct management of a commercial precinct.

Day to day management of your property portfolio includes:

- Undertaking frequent inspections of the properties
- Financial management including reporting and ensuring all lease documentation is in order
- Negotiating and making recommendations relating to rent review
- Preventative maintenance management including cleaning, repairs and upgrades
- Collecting rent and preparing detailed budget reports
- Providing advice on tenancy legislation as required
- Working closely with the Facilities Management division and designated
- Ensuring that relationships with tenants and owners are treated with extreme importance

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be a person who enjoys partnering with internal & external stakeholders as well as being a professional with demonstrated exposure in either or both Commercial/Residential Property.

Some specific attributes we are seeking are;
- Strong financial management skills, including preparation of leasing documentation
- Be equipped to understand internal property and compliance systems
- Real Estate Registration (Desirable)
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Be a self-starter who is confident in their ability to deliver results
- Be hungry to grow and progress professionally
- Have the ability to be coached and mentored effectively
