**About The Role**

This critical role offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading property management firm. You will be responsible for managing up to 120-180 properties, depending on your experience. You will use the latest software, Property Tree, to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently. With this position you can gain invaluable experience in the property industry and have the chance to develop your skills further.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the management of a portfolio of 120-180 properties, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
- Liaise with tenants to resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure that rental payments are collected promptly and accurately.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Monitor the condition of properties to ensure they remain safe and secure for occupants.
- Prepare reports on property performance for review by senior management.

**Skills And Experience**
- Proven experience in the Real Estate sector, with a comprehensive understanding of property management.
- Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously and efficiently.
- A strong customer service ethos and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to develop relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in the sector.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
