There is currently an opportunity available for an **Office Administrator/Receptionist** to work with our support team and provide a high level of recruitment and administrative support.
This is an **entry level** position best suited for recent graduates and/or applicants with 1 years’ experience in an office administrative role. There is also the opportunity to progress to a Junior Consultant within 18 months.

**You will be involved in**:
- Formatting resumes & reports for consultants;
- posting adverts to online job boards;
- entering information into company database;
- scheduling interviews for consultants; and
- a variety of other recruitment related administrative/ad hoc tasks and projects.
**You will have/be**:
- Confidence, a professional presentation, organisational skills and a keen eye for detail;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite;
- A genuine interest in recruitment/legal;
- Problem solving/solution oriented;
- A quick learner and a self-starter, able to work autonomously and use your own initiative;
- Able to work towards deadlines; and
- Be a bubbly personality, able to work as part of a greater team.
**This role is best suited for**:
- A recent university graduate, with a Human Resources or Arts degree/qualification; and/or
- Applicants with 1-2 years’ experience working in an office environment.
