**What You'll Do**: As a Customer Service/Internal Sales role, you'll be the vital link between our products and our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with clients to understand their fabric requirements.
- Providing expert guidance on fabric options and solutions.
- Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer expectations.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross sell the product ranges
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends to offer the best solutions.
