**The Role**
Make a difference in our community

As a member of the Social Planning team, the Equity and Health Promotion Officer delivers projects, provides specialist advice and works collaboratively across the organisation, with a focus on addressing social determinants of health and local health inequities. The role leads work in key strategic portfolio areas, aligned with the City of Whittlesea 2040 goal Connected Community and Community Plan.

**About you**
You are a positive, collaborative colleague. You bring knowledge and experience in equity, health and/or social planning and projects. You love working towards positive change and using evidence to inform action. You have great verbal and written communication skills. You build effective relationships across disciplines and the community to deliver great outcomes.
