**The Opportunity**
We are on the hunt to find an exceptional
**QLD Account Manager** for one of our most successful brands
- **Techforce Personnel**.

Established in 2008 as a privately owned Australian national labour hire agency specialising in professional recruitment Techforce joined the PeopleIN family in 2021. Techforce service over 13 industries including mining, civil, hospitality, engineering, industrial services, professional and technical, nursing, disability and aged care, building and construction, oil and gas, manufacturing and food processing, drilling, transport and logistics, shutdowns and more.

As an Account Manager at
- You will identify areas for business growth within cold and warm client relationships.
- You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- You will be responsible for ensuring Techforce client requirements are met with quality and compliant personnel.
- You will work towards a quarterly financial budget.
- Conducting detailed end to end recruitment process.

**What you will need**
- Experience within recruitment and labour hire environments will be highly advantageous.
- Experience working to and exceeding sales targets and deliverables.
- Sound professional communication skills, on the telephone and face to face.
- Solid experience in Microsoft office software and systems.
- Strong time management and critical thinking ability.
- Positive and energetic approach to your working day.
- Resilience and confidence, driven by success.
