**Job Title**:Office Administrator and Project Assistant.
**Location: Southern Suburbs**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule travel, appointments and meetings for managers and employees when required
- Assist with ad hoc project tasks
- Assist with preparing reports and presentations
- Generate and submit company expense reports
- Reception - answer phone and greet visitors
- Interface with Supply Chain in Sweden for shipments of product
- Provide accounts receivable and payable support
- Interface with accounts team in Sweden
- Compile and send correspondence
- Create and maintain an effective filing system
- Place stationery and catering orders for the business
**Key Experience and Requirement**
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Working knowledge of general office equipment such as printer, scanner and PC
- Understanding of office management systems, as well as procedures
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong communication skills
- High-level problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task
