Cremorne, Australia Wellio Full time

**About Wellio**

It’s probably not news to you that wellbeing and mental health issues are rising among Australian students. 40% of young people have suffered from a mental disorder in the last 12 months, so chances are you know someone who has been affected.

Wellio was founded to help schools put mental wellbeing at the heart of a student's learning experience. We believe the deterioration of youth mental health is one of the most important problems in the world to tackle right now, and we’re looking for people to join us on that journey.

Wellio is a wellbeing platform that empowers schools to deliver engaging and interactive wellbeing programs. Through Wellio, schools are able to easily measure the impact of their program and monitor student wellbeing with real-time data. Our clients use Wellio to proactively teach students skills that help them thrive, including how to manage anxiety, build strong relationships, reduce phone addiction, improve sleep, and practice mindfulness and gratitude.

Over the last 12 months, our client base has grown by 400%, with that set to keep growing with our recent launch in the UK.

That’s why we need your help

**About The Role**

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to help us ensure our clients deliver a world-class wellbeing experience using Wellio and keep growing their subscriptions each year.

In this role, you’ll spend your time hands-on supporting schools and building relationships, but you’ll also work strategically with leadership to increase our impact You could be working closely with clients one day by running a staff training and mapping out a strategy to improve onboarding the next. Your goal will be to ensure that each school receives a first-class customer experience, and that students are supported in unlocking the full benefits of Wellio.

This is a unique opportunity to make a huge contribution and solve real problems facing today's students.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work strategically with leadership to improve our client success systems. For example, over the last few weeks, we’ve been implementing changes to our training systems to ensure they scale to a bigger client base.
- Identify and proactively engage with schools at key moments of the customer lifecycle to provide support, handle escalations, and ensure teachers and students are successfully moving through their wellbeing program.
- Engage with clients looking to expand Wellio into new areas of their school and to help increase the impact of Wellio.
- Work closely with our product team to announce and upskill teachers on Wellio’s newest features. You’ll also create how-to guides and videos so teachers can help themselves
- Oversee the subscription renewal process for all schools you manage.
- Staying up to date on relevant Education Sector changes that impact schools (e.g. curriculum changes, policy reforms) to ensure that Wellio is best supporting schools given changes in the broader environment

**About You**
- Improving people’s wellbeing and mental health is important to you. You understand the impact a person’s wellbeing can have on their education and future.
- You’re excited about becoming a foundational piece of a fast-growing start-up where you’ll be responsible for innovating and developing new processes.
- You have previous experience in a customer success role that you can draw on and bring to a new organisation. This isn’t a deal breaker, though. We’re very open to hiring a smart generalist without much experience if they’re a fast learner
- You’re customer-focused and love the satisfaction that comes with solving problems and responding to your clients' needs.
- You‘re a people person. You probably don't have any trouble striking up conversations with anyone.
- You're eager to learn, constantly driving to be better, and enjoy building new systems and processes.
- You’re a hard worker who gets things done and can work independently while contributing to a wider team.

**Why Join?**
- Competitive salary that reflects your experience.
- In this role, you’ll be a foundational piece of one of Australia’s fastest-growing startups, providing you with opportunities for growth and career development.
- A flexible and hybrid work environment that works for you and your lifestyle.
- Your HQ will be at The Commons in the heart of Richmond - one of Melbourne’s most highly sought-after office spaces.
- Working on something that really matters and makes a tangible difference in people’s lives. If having a positive and meaningful impact on people’s lives is important to you, Wellio is the place for you.
- A full IT set-up and access to whatever you need to ensure you have a comfortable work-from-home environment.
- Regular company events and conferences.

**Next Steps**

We’re actively looking for the right person to join our team as a full-time, permanent Customer Success Manager.
