Customer Service - Help Desk Operator

**Date**:24 Sep 2024**Location**:Cremorne, VIC, AU, 3121**Company**:Ventia- We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative / Helpdesk Operator** within the **Ventia Operations Centre (VOC)**. We are seeking vibrant and highly engaged individuals who are inspired by customer excellence and quality outcomes.The Helpdesk Operator role is located at our office in **Cremorne, VIC**.- We work closely with a diverse range of customers who are active participants within the emergency services. We provide a transcription service as well as deployment of devices to our customers.

**The Role**:

- **Helpdesk Operator - Monday to Friday 38 hours per week - 6-month Fixed Term - Cremorne, VIC**

**You can expect to**:

- Respond to inbound/outbound calls
- Providing a positive customer experience
- Matching customer needs to solutions
- Manage the customer experience through dispatching work orders
- Case management of service outcomes/managing urgent or high priority work order needing fast resolution
- Maintain and update various databases, spreadsheets, and documents

**What you bring to the role;**
- Previous experience in one of the above-mentioned roles with a strong passion for delivering quality customer service
- Proven ability working within a similar environment working with multiple customers
- Be able to lift 15kgs cartons
- Resilience when dealing with challenging activities
- You bring your best to work every day
