**About the role**
As the Brand Manager | Pinnacle International Brands you will develop, plan, and activate plans with our exclusive partners to build performance and equity for Pinnacle Drinks International Brands. The plans will cover both an analytical viewpoint of brand performance, portfolio and brand equity, while planning activity such as product launches, promotional activities, advertising, PR & Events.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will be joining a friendly entrepreneurial group who encourage fresh ideas and out of the box thinking.

**As the Brand Manager - you can expect to lead or support**:

- Channel & content planning for each brand.
- Work with brand partners to execute brand plans either locally, or guiding and writing brand plans for International partners.
- Manage new product development including conceptualisation, packaging for new owned Pinnacle brands and brand refreshments, guidelines and Point of Sale materials.
- Drive the setup and inputs into monthly category gate papers for wine and input into gate papers for each stage of NPD.
- Work with internal Business Teams to deliver input and sign-off.
- Become an expert on the market, consumers, customers & competitors.
- Build great relationships with external agency partners, internal stakeholders in marketing and commercial functions, and the brand team.
- Financial management including management of budgets, accounts, quotations and reconciliations.

**About You**
As an experienced Marketer, you will have held brand or marketing activation positions in the past. You’ll bring your passion for the liquor industry, authentic personality, strong relationship building skills and ambition to the role, with the ability to self manage and work at pace.

To be successful in this role, you’ll also need:

- An authentic passion for Brands & Beverages.
- Proven experience in a Brand or Marketing Assistant role.
- Experience within the Wine, Champagne, or Premium Brands industry is desirable.
- Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business or Commerce.
- Excellent brand, project and process management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to think strategically and ‘outside of the box’.
- Strong knowledge of brand and product marketing principles.
- Understanding of retailer brand management is advantageous.
- Powerpoint & Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
