**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:Develop and implement detailed sales strategies across categories. Identify key accounts, plan route-to-market strategies, and set specific sales targets.
- **Market Analysis**:Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use this data to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Relationship Management**:Forge and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in various sectors, ensuring Maybe Sammy Cocktails is top of mind for premium offerings.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate and secure lucrative contracts with retailers, distributors, event planners, and hotels, focusing on terms that enhance brand visibility and profitability.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling in-store promotions, POS materials, and other marketing initiatives that drive sales and brand awareness.
- **Events Management**:Lead the planning and execution of participation in trade shows, tastings, and other industry events to showcase the brand and products to a wider audience.
- **Customer Re-engagement**:Re-engage a database of lapsed customers to encourage repurchase and renew relationships.
- **Sales Support and After-Sales Service**:Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, process sales orders, and ensure all customer requirements are met. Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, address any issues, and encourage repeat orders. Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM system (HubSpot preferred).
- **Team Development**:Hire, train, and manage new sales personnel as the business grows. Foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- **Reporting**:Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in alcohol, beverage, FMCG, or hospitality sales industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to business development.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems, HubSpot preferred.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary and benefits package, above fair market value, with performance-based incentives.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
