**About the Opportunity**

As our Endeavour Design team is growing in size and remit,we have identified a need to establish our ways of working with regards to technology that will set the team up for ongoing success. This is where you come in

The BIM Manager is a new role to our team with the focus for the first 6 months to assess the team’s needs, and to build and implement a technology strategy that supports the team including hardware, software and filing standards.

Ongoing, your role will focus on the continuous review and adaptation of the technology strategy to ensure it can support as our team and remit evolves, working with training our internal team and partnering with external suppliers and consultants to support the strategy. Once the role is established, the management and potential production of standard documentation across the brand formats will become a part of the role remit.

**A day in the life of a BIM Manager at Endeavour**
- Development, delivery and ongoing management of the strategy for the server set up partnering with IT to ensure alignment with the Endeavour Design team ways of working.
- Develop a filing standard that will support the team’s ways of working now and in the future ensuring efficiency for the team. Establish and maintain filing standards and guidelines and train the team in all requirements.
- Development, delivery and ongoing management of the strategy for all hardware that the team require partnering with IT to standardise specifications in the Endeavour systems and managing the budgets and program for upgrades as required
- Development, delivery and ongoing management of the strategy for all software that the team requires including licences and subscriptions for all software products
- Manage various external technical support and vendors as required establishing supplier agreements
- Document all strategy, systems, vendors agreements, standards, templates etc and provide training for the design team and other internal stakeholders as required. Capture all information in a central location and ensure regular updating
- Manage the budgets for all hardware, software licensing and vendor agreements
- Act as the intermediary between designers, clients and architects so that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively
- Support and audit the project team, flagging non-compliances and providing support as required
- Training and/or upskilling colleagues in specific software programmes like Autodesk, Revit, Adobe etc
- Develop and maintain all Revit families and the Revit library as required for all documentation kits across all brands
- Develop CAD templates and standards. Train and distribute regular updates with all external consultants including architects and engineers.
- Conduct research and attend industry events to ensure the team and team tools are kept up to date with any advancements in technology that facilities more efficient ways of working
- Communicate store design standards updates to all internal and external parties
- Create and drive the program for all documentation to be updated on a regular basis to align with the evolving nature of the formats (Documentation kit, Comms Guidelines, VM Guidelines, 3D assets etc) partnering with the design and marketing teams.
- Develop and manage BIM 360 and provide team training

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- 5+ years BIM management
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting or any related design disciplines
- Knowledge and strong capability in Revit
- Strong track record in delivering quality outcomes
- Communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong project management skills
- Excels in stakeholder and relationship management both internal and external
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple demands and conflicting priorities
