In this role you will deliver exceptional customer service to guests through providing outstanding menu knowledge and a quality food and beverage service. You will effectively communicate and build rapport with customers and team members to ensure service standards are maintained.
- As a Casual RSA Officer, you will support the Food & Beverage teams at Crown Perth to ensure employees and patrons always adhere to relevant Liquor Licensing and Responsible Service of Alcohol Laws. This role provides advice and direction on maintaining a safe environment for all employees and patrons regarding the service of alcohol. You will receive training, great employee benefits and the opportunity to work alongside world-class attractions for an internationally recognised brand.
This role is going to be best suited to somebody who is hoping to pick up an extra 1-2 shifts per fortnight during the afternoons and evenings on either a Friday or Saturday. Weekday shifts can become available on public holidays.

**Essential Criteria**:
- Knowledge of RSA and WA liquor licensing laws-
- Experience in hospitality OR security-
- Display excellent communication skills-
- Exposure to high volume venues-
- High level of customer service-
- Display a high commitment in reducing RSA incidents and improving customer safety-
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays**What we offer you**:
