**Eagers Automotive (AHG)** is currently seeking an experienced car sales manager to join us as a **General Sales Manager** at Paceway Mitsubishi / GMSV in Osborne Park.
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, this role will be responsible for the overall management of the New Mitsubishi / GMSV and Used Car Sales Department ensuring that the operations are both efficient and profitable. You will ensure that good employee and client relations are maintained whilst operating within ethical guidelines.

**Duties in this role include**:
- Motivate and lead the sales team
- Establish and manage sales systems that includes effective prospecting, demonstration, customer handling, closing and vehicle delivery programs
- Ensuring industry leading customer experience for all customers
- Ensure that all sales objectives are achieved and full compliance with dealer standards
- Contribute to the profitability of the Vehicle Sales Department through the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance and aftercare products and dealer “add-on”
**Key qualifications and essential criteria**:
- Experience in an Automotive Sales Management role
- Communication and leadership skills
- Motivation for continuous improvement
- Strong problem solving ability
- Drive to meet KPI’s and targets
- A willingness to maintain superior brand product knowledge
- Yard Managers Licence
- Manual Drivers Licence
