Office Administration Assistant

Are you looking for a change in career for 2023, Avidity Wealth Management has an outstanding opportunity for you to enter the financial services industry as an Office Administration Assistant to work closely with our current team and provide support to our business and client's.
You will be given comprehensive initial training, so it doesn't matter if you have any relevant experience. Your training will continue and you will be upskilled to help with your professional development.
The role will be challenging and rewarding. You will be required to complete the following tasks and full training will be provided:
- Manage the client appointments and correspondence
- Maintain client files and client management data system
- Administer efficient operations and office supplies
- Undertake follow up work with clients, service providers, and Centrelink, to ensure successful outcomes are achieved
- Adhere to client privacy provisions and assist business meet compliance standards
- Assist during client appointments as required (ie. greet and offer refreshments to clients, photocopying and processing).
- Build rapport with our clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Be organised and self-motivated
- Have a willingness to learn new skills
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn and use multiple financial planning software systems.
- Be willing and able to undertake a police clearance (at our cost)
Practice Management will provide ongoing mentoring and support to help build your knowledge and skills in financial planning, with the prospect of career progression within our business.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: From $36,000.00 per year
