**About the Role**: As a crucial member of our team, you will take charge of the entire employee lifecycle, overseeing resourcing, onboarding, WHS, performance, remuneration, engagement, learning and development, and separation.

You will have the opportunity to draft strategy, policies, and procedures and play a pivotal role in changing the culture of an organization of 170+ staff.

Collaborate seamlessly with the administration team to deliver exceptional outcomes. This is a rewarding permanent full-time position.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Qualifications**: Undergraduate Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 3 years in Human Resources, ideally within the health sector. Proven experience in Workplace Health and Safety is highly regarded.
- **Skills**: Technologically fluent with expertise in Recruitment and HR Management Systems (such as JobAdder, intelliHR) and Risk Management Systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- **Leadership**: Demonstrated leadership capability, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail with effective communication skills.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in Vietnamese language or culture is advantageous.

**Your Expertise**:

- A nuanced understanding of contemporary human resource management, industrial relations, and equal employment opportunity practices.
- Thorough knowledge of legislation, encompassing industrial relations, equal employment opportunity, workplace health, safety, welfare, workers' rehabilitation and compensation, and privacy.
- Proficiency in information management within an electronic environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Occupational Health, Safety, and Welfare Act, Regulations, and Codes of Practice.
- Familiarity with Hazard Management principles.
- Knowledge of aged care sector standards and legislation is highly desirable.
