**What you will be doing**:
An exciting opportunity is available to join the Recruitment & Transactions team as a Support Officer. The Support Officer will provide timely and effective administrative support to the Recruitment & Transactions team and where necessary, to the various areas within Workforce Services and Performance at NBMLHD.

An eligibility list may be created for future vacancies.

**Selection Criteria to be Addressed**:

- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Written, verbal, and telephone) with the ability to work effectively.
- Desire to learn and develop knowledge and skills in Human Resources and its Recruitment and Transaction Portfolios.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and processes, whilst undertaking various administrative tasks and duties with high attention to detail, confidentiality and discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise work activities to achieve work outcomes within deadlines.
- Demonstrated high level of accuracy, attention to detail and proven effectiveness as a team player including a flexible, self-motivated and pro-active approach.
- Natural strong customer service skills demonstrating a focuses, supportive and responsive approach to managing enquiries.
