About the role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Transaction Monitoring Officer to join a growing team.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform thorough investigations of customer accounts to detect any suspicious or highrisk transactions
- Monitor customer transactions for unusual activity or patterns that may indicate potential fraud or money laundering.
- Complete and submit Suspicious Matter Report on findings
- Ensure the existing AML/CTF program is effective and compliant with external standards
- Proven work experience transaction monitoring
- Proven knowledge of AML/CTF/KYC identification requirements
- Ability to analyse complex data and identify patterns or trends that indicate suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Experience with Napier is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You will enjoy taking ownership of your work and being held accountable
