**About the Role**

We are seeking a **Technical Team Lead** join our professional services Team, this role requires someone with hands on experience designing and implementing complex solutions across Support Infrastructure and monitoring tools.

This position is part of a greenfield program of works requiring you to technically lead a team of engineers and consult, advise on how to holistically design, setup, configure, integrate and deploy IT operational centres from scratch

**Location** - Brisbane, Sydney OR Melbourne

**Role Type** - Hybrid, 2 days in the office

**Contract Duration** - 6 Months + extensions

**Typical Duties**:

- Technical Lead a team and deliver projects within the IT operations and Infrastructure support and monitoring domain
- Consult, advise and recommend best practices and approaches towards IT and Network monitoring solutions and greenfield deployments
- Oversee the HLD, LLD and engineering of deployment of new IT and network monitoring solutions
- Consult and advise on available IT operational toolings available that are fit for business purpose
- Act as the technical SME across the program of works for IT operational toolings

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical SME / Team lead within the IT Operational toolings domain
- Deep level of technical expertise across Wintel AD, DNS, DHCP, Windows, Linux, Certificate Authority, Smart Licensing
- Very broad knowledge of infrastructure operational toolings EG Network monitoring solutions
- Ability to participate in HLD, LLD and hands on engineering activities
- Willingness to lead, guide and mentor junior engineers
- A passion for automation and ability to drive automation first where necessary
- Hands on technical capability as well as people management, team leadership experience
