**About the Role**

We are seeking a **Technical Lead** join our professional services Team, this role requires someone with hands on experience designing and implementing complex solutions across Support Infrastructure - AD, DNS, DHCP, Windows, Linux, Certificate Authority, Smart Licensing

**Location** - Brisbane, Sydney OR Melbourne

**Role Type** - Hybrid, 2 days in the office

**Contract Duration** - 6 Months + extensions

**To successfully deliver this project you will need**:

- Broad understanding across support Infrastructure - AD, DNS, DHCP, Windows, Linux, Certificate Authority, Smart Licensing
- Technical Lead experience delivering projects and directing the technical elements and escalations.
- Ability to jump on tools to assist in resolving complex issues with engineers.
- Owns the works outcomes and deliverables from technical perspective.
- Can articulate clearly and concisely issues, decisions required, reasoning for decisions.
- Effectively manages and communicates updates to technical escalations.
- Work collaboratively within the team, program and with customer

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Engineer and Technical Leadership
- Deep level of technical expertise across Wintel AD, DNS, DHCP
- Well versed with Infrastructure Support tooling options
- Ability to participate in HLD, LLD and hands on engineering activities
- Willingness to lead, guide and mentor junior engineers
