**Position - HSW Manager**
The role of the Health Safety & Well-being Manager will be supporting safety operationally in their West Melbourne Based sites. Building key stakeholder relationships, implementing safety strategy, partnering with leadership, and driving workforce engagement.

Key elements:

- Supporting operations across 4 sites in West Melbourne - Primary Location Melbourne Airport
- Deliver end-to-end safety solutions and support for a large high-risk workforce
- Be a part of a high performing and supportive team of HSW professionals nationally
- Joining a high-profile, reputable brand in a critical market sector with nationally dispersed operations
- Outstanding leadership and a transformational, growth focused environment
- Performance-based management culture with flexibility, collaboration, and support

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety
- Previous hands-on safety experience managing safety in the field
- High level of interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience in managing health and safety legislative and understanding current legislation within the state
