**About the Opportunity**

As HSW Consultant you will assist in the development, maintenance, and implementation of HSW initiatives and programs supporting the Leisure division. Reporting to the HSW Business Partner, you will assist with day-to-day management of queries and incidents as well as return-to-work management.

Working in a dynamic team, this role provides a great opportunity to develop and enhance your HSW generalist skillset. Through a combination of working from our CBD office, travelling to RACV resorts (both inter and intra-state), and working from home, you will participate in Health Safety & Wellbeing meetings and support sites to undertake risk assessments.

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety
- 2+ years’ experience within OHS
- Auditing and Chemical management experience (desirable)
- Knowledge of relevant safety legislation and associated regulations, code of practice and Australian standards
- Highly-developed written and verbal communication
- Good stakeholder engagement utilising strong interpersonal skills
- Motivated, committed, helpful and highly responsive
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
