Position - HSW Manager

The role of the Health Safety & Well-being Manager will be supporting safety operationally in their West Melbourne Based sites.

Building key stakeholder relationships, implementing safety strategy, partnering with leadership, and driving workforce engagement.

Key elements:

  • Supporting operations across 4 sites in West Melbourne
  • Primary Location Melbourne Airport
  • Deliver endtoend safety solutions and support for a large highrisk workforce
  • Be a part of a high performing and supportive team of HSW professionals nationally

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety
  • Previous handson safety experience managing safety in the field
  • High level of interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate effectively
  • Demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience in managing health and safety legislative and understanding current legislation within the state
