We’re seeking motivated Investigations Review Officers to join our team for a **12-month full time contract**. This is your chance to lead critical investigations, minimise claims costs, and tackle suspected fraud.
**What you'll do**
- Distinguish between suspected fraudulent activities and breaches of internal policies and procedures.
- Investigate suspected fraud to meet Court and AFCA standards.
- Recommend improvements to business processes, focusing on efficiency, fraud risks, and user requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, third parties, external investigators, and forensic specialists.
- Conduct thorough interviews and re-interviews to gather and resolve evidence inconsistencies.
- Draft clear and well-supported written communications, including respectful explanations for denied claims.
- Communicate effectively and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Manage portfolios autonomously, prioritise tasks, and achieve goals.
- Collaborate with team members, contributing to organisational goals and process improvements with objectivity and a growth mindset.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Experience in claims management (Motor or Property) is mandatory
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Proven ability to perform administrative duties with excellent attention to detail
- Effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to navigate and integrate multiple systems
- Ability to effectively manage and oversee multiple cases or claims simultaneously.
- Proficiency in conducting thorough investigations, including gathering and analysing evidence, and resolving discrepancies in claims.
