Lead Investigations in a Regulated Environment

We are seeking an experienced Investigations Director to safeguard the integrity of our operations.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into internal and external matters, ensuring compliance with statutory and ethical standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting internal investigations into employees, patrons, and operational matters, ensuring fairness and confidentiality.
  • Liaising with internal departments such as Surveillance, Compliance, and Internal Audit to resolve disputes and maintain operational integrity.
  • Managing and maintaining databases recording suspicious behaviour and investigations, providing analysis and reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Reviewing patron applications for access to VIP private gaming areas, conducting probity searches and providing authorisations as needed.
What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in investigations within a regulated environment, such as gaming, hospitality, or law enforcement.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to compile detailed reports and actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Estimated Salary: AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per annum

This salary estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location, experience, and other factors.
