**About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to manage receipt and assessment of complex and sensitive complaints and information from employees and stakeholders. Manage receipt and assessment of complex and sensitive complaints and information from employees and stakeholders to ascertain whether it amounts to suspected corrupt conduct, a public interest disclosure or a Human Rights complaint.

About you

Communicate and negotiate with the Crime and Corruption Commission, Queensland Police Service, the Office of the Health Ombudsman, Queensland Ombudsman and other relevant stakeholders regarding complaint management.
Conduct high level, complex and sensitive investigations of suspected corrupt conduct, which may include investigations into the commercial activities of the Health Service and/or public interest disclosures.
Assist in leading continuous evaluation and improvement of complaints and public interest disclosure management policy, procedures and systems.
Provide authoritative advice and support to senior Health Service officers on the assessment and management of complex and sensitive complaints, public interest disclosures and associated enquiries
