Off the back of their own market wins in the Asia Pacific region, they are intent on continuing supporting its customers through in-country CS and Renewals professionals to deliver on their promise.

**The Customer Success Manager / Key Responsibilities**
- **Owning your client set’s onboarding, configuration, and product adoption****:

- **Strongly collaborating with Sales to create an effective, long term engagement****:

- **Build relationships with decision-makers and champions across your book of business and lead strategic meetings to discuss account usage and opportunities****:

- **Proactively identify churn and at risk accounts using the available platform and insights available, and involve Sales as needed****:

- **Devising strategies to win customers back, if / when lost***

**The Customer Success Manager / Key Requirements**
- **Bachelor's degree, ideally in a technical field****:

- **1-3 years previous experience in Technical Support or Customer Success****:

- **Experience in support a technical product, preferably gained in a DevOps environment****:

- **Experience on-boarding and enabling new customers through documentation, webinars, videos, etc.****:

- **Skilled at producing infographics and visually rich product and service materials, which will be used by clients and internally****:

- **Working use ot Salesforce, MySQL Birst, Tableau, Looker, etc. so you can be self-sufficient in gathering data, diagnosing customer health, etc****:

- **Confident and professionals presentation and written skills***
