**About the role at Salesforce**

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of sales‐related data. The sales Operations Manager will create both standardized and custom reports, conduct quantitative product and sales analysis, and provide support for assessing data integrity. This role is also responsible for developing standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency for Sales Operations. The Sales Operations Manager will work in close partnership with sales leadership and the Commissions team to design, evaluate and operationalize the compensation plans for Tableau sales employees. Projects range from robust analytic models, custom performance analysis, scalable reporting infrastructure, and the packaging of findings into presentation-ready content for sales executives.

**Responsibilities**
- Client/Investor Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors, providing ongoing support throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development - Develop strategic plans and roadmaps to support clients' long-term goals
- Project Management - Developing project plans, tracking progress against milestones, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
