**What you’ll be doing
**The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of sales‐related data. The sales Operations Manager will create both standardized and custom reports, conduct quantitative product and sales analysis, and provide support for assessing data integrity. This role is also responsible for developing standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency for Sales Operations. The Sales Operations Manager will work in close partnership with sales leadership and the Commissions team to design, evaluate and operationalize the compensation plans for Tableau sales employees. Projects range from robust analytic models, custom performance analysis, scalable reporting infrastructure, and the packaging of findings into presentation-ready content for sales executives.

Some things you’ll be doing include
- Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data to track sales performance and metrics
- Sales Pipeline Data, Quota Performance, Accurate Headcount Reporting, Bookings Performance, etc.
- Analyze sales performance data, interpret overall results of sales
- Collaborate with the team to improve or define processes that promote data integrity and reporting functionality
- Coordinate, with sales management, the complete sales reporting and forecasting process for all global sales channels
- Prepare sales reporting and forecasting for executive management
- Generate ad hoc reporting for sales management
- Administer weekly tasks of validating and releasing compensation plan information to Commissions for all new employees and internal transfers.
- Assist with the annual review of compensation plans; partner to create recommendations to sales leaders and finance
- Assist in developing presentations for senior executives.
- Collaborate cross‐functionally to establish reporting standards.
- Proactively interact with Sales and stakeholders to continuously find ways to improve processes that will increase customer satisfaction and maximize potential growth.

**Who you are **
- Experienced. Relative years of experience in consulting, finance, sales ops, or product management.
- Domain. Proficient in quantitative analysis, Excel and logical reasoning. Experience working on a project team is strongly desired
- Detail oriented. Strong attention to detail and focus on quality results
- Strong Analytical Skills. Ability to perform complex analyses including regression, forecasting and probability modeling.
- Excellent Communication. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and information to a broad audience
- Performer. Excellent group presentation skills
- A True Team Player. Experience working on a project team
