Sales Strategy and Insights Manager

**Role Overview**
Reporting into
**Head of Americas, APAC and EMEA Sales Capabilities**, you will be the leader on the ground in Sydney, and a key partner to the APAC Sales Leadership Team who are responsible for Sales Insight, Sales Management and Client Assurance. The aim of this role is to drive enhanced results, support change management and process improvement for sales activity.

**Responsibilities**
- Reporting sales activity, pipelines and flows
- Leading delivery of presentations, analysis and evaluation of client and sales activity and trends
- Collaborate with other teams, such as Product, Finance and Marketing to enhance the understanding of client, business and market dynamics
- Product business intelligence content for use at external events and to present to Senior Management
- Identify gaps and make decisions regarding sales technology requirements, enhancements and implementations
- Working across multiple time zones to collaborate with the Global Team

**Experience and Characteristics for Success**
- Prior experience in a **Global Investment Management Firm**, knowledge of multiple investment products
- Demonstrated examples of success in a sales and change management environment
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal with the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships
- Autonomous and comfortable with leading strategies and change
- Outstanding relationship management, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Highly proficient in Salesforce and Tableau
