**ABOUT YOUR ROLE**

You’ll play a key role within the People Services Team, working closely with internal customers to provide expert advice to employees and leaders on P&C policies and processes. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy of employee data, developing and issuing documentation, and coaching leaders on performance, behaviour, and disciplinary matters. You’ll also continuously look for ways to improve the employee experience through SLA management, reporting, and process improvements.

In addition to supporting core P&C processes (from recruitment to offboarding), you’ll thrive in a high-volume environment, juggling multiple priorities while providing guidance on performance and disciplinary issues. Your ability to stay focused and organized will be crucial to your success.

**This role will be offered as a 12 month fixed term contract.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As Learning & Development Consultant, you will be accountable for:

- Employee/Leader Advice & Coaching: Be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, offering guidance on P&C policies, performance management, and improvement plans.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure employee data is precise and maintain the highest standards in data processing and reporting.
- Documentation Development: Manage and coordinate employee-related documentation to ensure consistency and clarity across HR processes.
- Employee Relations: Support performance improvement plans and address disciplinary issues for frontline employees.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience.
- High-Volume Environment: Manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting, ensuring smooth operations across all P&C tasks.
- Salesforce & Systems Expertise: Use your technical skills with systems like Salesforce to support backend operations and quickly adapt to coordinator responsibilities.
- Adaptability & Growth Mindset: Embrace change and continuously seek ways to improve and innovate.
- Project Work: Lead small projects while balancing day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring structured and efficient delivery.

**LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU**
We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, driven, and ready to join our People Services team on this exciting journey of change. You’ll be the go-to person for all things P&C, providing high-quality service to employees, managers, and the broader team. Your sharp attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and experience coaching leaders on performance and disciplinary matters will be critical to your success. Plus, you’ll have a strong desire to grow within the P&C function and embrace continuous improvement.

**To be successful, you will ideally have**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a P&C or HR role.
- Exposure to employee relations and performance improvement (desirable).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- A passion for delivering an outstanding employee experience.
- Experience working in high-volume environments.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (highly regarded).
- Familiarity with employment legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements.
- Experience with process mapping and change management (desirable).
- Experience with SuccessFactors (desirable).
